Skill Level: Basic pottery throwing capabilities are required

Techniques: Surface texture including "chatter", "gears" ,and several slip applications, altered forms and rim design.

Details: In this hands-on workshop, Morty will demonstrate how to transform wheel thrown pots into a work of art where they will "move from the kitchen to the living room.) In addition to the above techniques, advanced throwing methods will be covered (e.g., large bowls, closed forms, Amphora vases, etc.). Morty will share his knowledge and he is an absolutely hands-on teacher where he will guide each individual to her/his level to maximize full potential and performance.
