Missing a Class Due to Student's Personal Reasons

Our programs consists of eight or six sessions. In the event that you miss a class, you have two options to make up the missed class:

1) Attend another class. For example, if you attend the Sat AM class and missed one, you can make it up by joining the Thursday PM class. Please call or email the studio and arrange a head of time.

2) Use the 2-1/2 hours missed class duration in open studio hours. Click here to see open studio hours. Note that open studio time is uninstructed time.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Making up a class can be made only within the program duration (6 or 8 weeks) and cannot be carried over unless you have unique circumstances that agreed with the studio management in advance.

Missing a Class Due to a Snow Storm

1) An attempt by the instructor will be made to make up the class for the group at a different time / date during the program duration.

2) For those who cannot take part in the alternate date (item 1 above), they can attend another class during the program duration. Please call or email the studio and arrange a head of time.

If neither 1 or 2 above works for you, a 2 1/2 hours credit to use our studio, without expiration date, will be granted.
