Registration
To enroll in any of our program, please fill our registration form and mail it along with payment to the address below. Registration form can be filled up on-line, printed and mailed along with a check. Please write checks to Lakeside Pottery. We do not accept charge cards. Full payment is required in advance for all programs. Custom workshops or birthday parties require $200 deposit to secure the date.

Cancellation: Lakeside Pottery LLC reserves the right to cancel, combine, or reschedule classes in order to adjust for enrollment. The minimum number of participants needed to establish a class is six. If Lakeside Pottery cancels a class due to insufficient enrollment, registered participants will be informed and given the opportunity to register for another class. If participants do not want to transfer, a full refund will be given. Tuition is refundable only with at least three weeks notice before the start of class. $25 registration fee will be held for notice longer than three weeks.
