Our Contract: I agree that Lakeside Pottery Studio (LSP) will not be held liable for any loss or damage of any kind that may occur during shipping. LSP uses UPS Ground as its carrier and can insure packages for up to $1,000. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Any damage or loss must be reported to LSP within one week of delivery. All original packing materials must be retained for claim submission. Restored items will resemble their original appearance as closely as possible; however, minor repair traces may remain visible upon close inspection. If the repair is not satisfactory, LSP's maximum liability is limited to the repair cost. Repaired items are intended for display only and must not be exposed to liquids, high temperatures, or scrubbing. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause colors to fade over time. If a deposit or balance due is not paid within 30 days, LSP will apply a $30 monthly storage fee and reserves the right to sell or dispose of the object(s).
