| Raku glazes fade with time as the metalic glazes oxedize. To keep these pots from fading you can:
1) Use Defloculant Sodium Silicate in a solution sprayed on and held at 100F for an hour. 2) Spary on fixative or Jasco Silicone 3) Avoid placing Raku pots in direct sun light
